2.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address, or device. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will be treated as fraud and all associated accounts will be closed.

The security of your abc1 account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login password confidential and do not share it with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Any activity carried out using your login credentials will be considered authorized by you, unless you have previously notified us of unauthorized access. abc1 will not be liable for any loss resulting from account misuse or third-party access.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on the abc1 platform is ৳200, applicable to each payment method. We accept the following payment methods:

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's digital wallet.

All deposits are processed instantly. We do not charge any fees for processing deposits, though your payment service provider's own fees may apply.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit.

We may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. abc1 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if fraud or money laundering is suspected on an account.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳14,000 gives a ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit), for a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. This wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only — not the deposit.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

The following conditions apply to the use of bonuses:

• Each player is eligible to receive each bonus offer once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to any other account.
• abc1 reserves the right to change or withdraw promotional offers at any time.
• If misuse of any bonus is proven, the bonus will be cancelled and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus will expire.

5.4 VIP Program

abc1's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver members receive 0.8%, and Gold members receive up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Promotion to a higher tier is based on playing consistency and activity.

All players must maintain fair and honest conduct while playing on the abc1 platform. It is every player's responsibility to protect the integrity of the gaming environment.

A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed. In the event of a technical error or system outage, abc1 reserves the right to review affected transactions and cancel or reset them if necessary.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets cover Bangladesh cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA World Cup, AFC Championship), kabaddi, and many other sports. It is your responsibility to fully understand all markets and odds before placing a bet.

6.2 Casino Games

The following activities are strictly prohibited on abc1:
